To reset your Mitel Connect password, go to this link:

Your username is the first part of your email address without the @cruise-connections.com
This will then email you a link to create a new password.
Enter a new password, enter it again to confirm. And click the CHANGE button.
After that, you can sign in to Mitel Connect with the new password.
